Bonanza, Rawhide, Hawaii Five-O… From twangy to groovy, Nashville-based Mark Thornton and the Sidekicks are on a mission to revive these hits and more with their own compelling renditions and re-imaginings. Led by Jerry Reed guitarist Mark Thornton, with former bandmate Bart Pike on electric bass, and Pokey LaFarge drummer Matty Meyer, they throw their own spin on popular songs from jazz, country, surf and rock, and offer up original arrangements.
